Deceloped accounting department for $60MM Risk Management Department including health benefits. Began as internal auditor and was gradually promoted to supervisor of new accounting department. In addition to being responsible for all accounting functions, also created internal accounting controls, formulated new accounting positions, implemented Section 125 program and in-house dental claim processing center. Negotiated health care contract for six thousand employees and procured insurance policies for over one billion dollars of assets.
